We’ll kick off with a gentle grounding circle before stepping into the wood-fired sauna, letting the heat melt away screen-induced tension. Then, brave the invigorating cold dip (or take in the farm view from the warming bench!) before gathering around the fire pit for warming drinks, shared stories, and the glow of genuine human connection.
