Unplug to Reconnect: Youth Mental Health Event

Worried about your child's phone use? Navigating the "Can I get a phone?" conversation?

Join us for an afternoon to inspire change with expert advice, real stories from young people, music and spoken word performance. All tackling the social and emotional toll of smartphone overuse and showing us how we can reclaim connection.

Parents and their children aged 10–18 are warmly invited. Parents with children outside this age range are also very welcome.

The event will end with an inspiring break out session providing a space to discover new offline passions - with taster activities such as clay workshops, crafts, fitness, boxing, fabric art and games to explore what the real world has to offer.

Smartphones in secure pouches on arrival. This event is designed to be fully offline.
