As a mother, she cares deeply about the impact of smartphones on children’s mental health. She’s a passionate advocate for a smartphone-free childhood and loves sharing ideas, stories, and practical tools through workshops, talks, and media — all with the aim of helping families find more balance, presence, and connection.
