Our family programme is aimed at those with children aged approximately 7 to 14, and our individual is for those aged 18+.

Swap “quick dopamine” from constant scrolling for “slow dopamine” from movement, creativity, nature, and focus.
Week 4
Pushback & Resilience
Expect some resistance — irritation, anxiety, or restlessness when the screens come down. This week is about handling that and building digital self-control.
