Our family programme is aimed at those with children aged approximately 7 to 14, and our individual is for those aged 18+.

Learn how apps are designed to keep us hooked, and how to create phone rules that actually stick.

 

Week 3

Attention & Dopamine Reset

Swap “quick dopamine” from constant scrolling for “slow dopamine” from movement, creativity, nature, and focus.

 

Week 4

Pushback & Resilience

Expect some resistance — irritation, anxiety, or restlessness when the screens come down. This week is about handling that and building digital self-control.
