We're a really chilled bunch, you can chat away and connect with others or you can sit quietly and just enjoy the unique feeling of being part of a group of people doing something radical - switching off.
Bring a blanket, a cushion, and anything you'd love to do without a screen - a book, a sketchpad, a mindful craft, or just yourself.
