She supports families in building resilience, self-esteem, and emotional balance — and in creating everyday habits that nurture a deeper sense of wellbeing. As a mother, she cares deeply about the impact of smartphones on children’s mental health. She loves sharing ideas, stories, and practical tools through workshops, talks, and media — all with the aim of helping families find more balance, presence, and connection.
